1. Overview
This policy explains the advertised fees for managed websites, custom software, and Stemfra AI. Read it with our Terms of Service and any applicable project agreement. Existing agreements are not automatically replaced by a new advertised offer.
2. Managed websites
The managed website plan is US$299 per month, with no free trial. There is no setup fee or booking commission. Hosting, maintenance, setup help, routine content updates, and the included website tools are covered. A domain registration costing up to US$30 is included. Separately agreed additional work is charged separately.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Whop and renew until canceled. AI features are not advertised as unlimited.
3. Custom software and Stemfra AI
Custom software starts at US$10,000 per project. The final scope, currency, fees, acceptance criteria, and payment milestones are agreed before development. Hosting, support, and maintenance are separately quoted where required.
The upcoming Stemfra AI plans are Starter at US$100 per month with 2,000 credits, Growth at US$200 with 5,000 credits, and Business at US$300 with 10,000 credits. All include the same tools with different usage allowances. These subscriptions are coming soon and are not available to purchase. Monthly credits reset without rollover.
4. Invoices and payment
Pay website subscriptions securely through Whop. Custom software invoices follow the agreed payment instructions, including Airwallex where specified. Contact billing@stemfra.com if payment has not been confirmed.
Advertised prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Your invoice shows the agreed currency, service period or milestone, taxes, total, due date, and payment instructions. Fees charged by a payment provider you use for your own customers are separate from Stemfra fees.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Website cancellation stops future renewals, with service continuing through the paid period. There is no cancellation fee or required call. Custom-project cancellation follows the project agreement. Refunds and invoice adjustments follow our Refund Policy and any applicable agreement.
6. Late or missed payment
Invoices are due by the date shown. If an invoice is not paid, we may pause the related service until the balance is cleared. We will contact you before taking action.
7. Changes to fees
We provide at least 30 days notice by email of changes to recurring subscription fees. Changes apply to future renewal periods after the effective date. Custom-project fees remain subject to the project agreement.
