How to manage bookings
Your calendar: open an appointment, mark it collected, add a phone booking by hand.
How to read and reply to enquiries
The Inbox: contact form messages and chat conversations, with a suggested reply drafted for you.
How to manage your clients
Your client list, sorted by visits and spend, with import and export for switching systems.
How to get paid
Clients book online and pay at their visit. Collected and due are what your reports add up.
How to set up memberships
Plans your clients join from your site, confirmed by you, with renewals, pauses and an audit trail.
How to manage your class schedule
Turn a service into a class with a capacity, then schedule the sessions your website shows.
How to read your reports
Revenue collected and due, bookings with no-shows broken out, your top services and team, and exports for your accountant.
How to turn on the website chat assistant
The chat on your published site answers from your real hours, services and prices, captures enquiries, and books free services.
How to use Stacy, your CMS copilot
Ask about your own site, get drafts into any text field, and follow her setup checklist.
How to create a promotion
A popup, an announcement bar or a promo band over every page of your site, with an optional signup form.
How to write a blog post
Posts appear at /blog on your site, newest first, and the Blog link shows in your menu once you have one.
How to connect your Google Business Profile
Point your Google listing at your new website and add your review link so the automatic review request works.
